I am an artist working in oils (for now). I make studies of the qualities light using various subjects that interest me, especially animals, landscapes and still lifes. Art is a lifetime journey.

Red and Green
Back lighting is one of my favorite light effects of the sun. I discovered it when I did a lot of photography in bygone years.
What a lovely painting you've done here, Catherine. It looked like a photo in the thumbnail. I find myself wishing it was me on that bike!
