Gulls on Ice2

These gulls look like they are standing on water, but there is a thin layer of ice on the lake, and some of the gulls catch some rays there on the last days of winter.

I did a similar one from a photo taken at the same time (bad driving practice, taking photos while driving!). This one is slightly larger, and a different crop.

Storm Clearing

Facing west on Lakeshore Blvd. in Toronto, there was a dramatic clearing of a rainstorm. I couldn't resist photographing it. One day I will get in trouble for distracted driving!
